Widespread storms out ahead of the next cold front will bring some heavy downpours late Saturday into Sunday before cooler temperatures start out next week.

Ford First Alert Forecast: Hot, Some Storms

It will be mainly dry today. The exception will be well east of Cleveland in Ashtabula and Trumbull counties. That is where we could see a few storms for the midday and afternoon hours. A stalled out warm front is bringing the risk of those few storms. Thursday the heat will continue to build in with temperatures heading into the low 90s. The next round of widespread rain and storms will head our way this weekend with the next cold front.

TODAY: Mostly cloudy, windy, warm and humid. High: 85 Wind: SW at 15-20 mph

TONIGHT: Mostly cloudy and breezy. Low: 68 Wind: S at 5-15 mph
